You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

You're welcome to try an item on to check the fit this does not affect your eligibility for a return or exchange.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn and unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and original packaging.

Exchanges

Comfy's offers exchanges for a different size or another available item, subject to availability. To request one, contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.

Returns

Once a return is approved, collection can be arranged from your address.

Exchange & Return Shipping

Exchange and return delivery fees are the customer's responsibility, unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or there was an issue on our side in those cases, we cover it.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, the value of the returned item will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original order.
